Any student currently enrolled at Rungta University, Bhilai (any year: 1st to 4th year, any branch: CSE, IT, ECE, ME, CE, etc.) is eligible to apply. We value passion, commitment, and a growth mindset over grades or existing skills. Whether you're a coder, designer, marketer, or organizer, there's a role tailored for you. All 9 open positions across Tech, Creative, Management, and Media departments are open for applications.
Absolutely not. Joining Unstop Igniters Club Core Team is completely free for all Rungta University students. We believe talent should never be gated by money. The application form, selection process, onboarding, and all club activities are 100% free. In fact, as a core team member, you gain access to premium Unstop platform benefits, workshop resources, and networking events at no cost.
Commitment varies by role but typically ranges from 5–10 hours per week during active project phases and 2–3 hours per week during planning phases. We deeply respect academic schedules, all deadlines and meetings are planned around exam timetables. We use async communication tools (WhatsApp, Notion) so you can contribute flexibly. The tenure is one academic year (2026–27), after which you can choose to mentor the next batch.

The selection process has 6 stages: (1) Application Form submission, (2) Preliminary Profile Screening, (3) Interview Slot & Task Assignment, (4) 1-on-1 Interactive Interview, (5) Final Selection & Offer Letter, and (6) Onboarding & Orientation. The complete process typically takes 2–3 weeks from the application deadline. All applicants receive a status update via email regardless of the outcome.

Non-technical students are 100% welcome! Our club thrives on multidisciplinary talent.
